Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Customers will get an order confirmation after submitting order. Once orders have been package and scanned at post office, customer will receive a tracking number.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Behind Closed Doors/ Fun time is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Behind Closed Doors is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Behind Closed Doors/ Fun Time only ships to Canada and Australia carried by DHL. Shipping will be calculated at check out.
